How do I create a member account?

To get started download the app for your iPhone or Android. Once the app is downloaded simply follow the in-app prompts to create your account. You will add your contact information and payment information. Submit your information and choose a coach to get set up with your first workout.

How can I reset my password?

Under the Profile section click the three dots in the top right corner and then click the option change password. This will allow you to change the password for your account and app login.

If you cannot remember your password to get into your account on the login screen hit forgot password on the bottom right and a password reset link will be sent to your email.  

 

There is no button for them to click forgot username if they have forgotten what is the process for this?

What is the purpose of this app?

The purpose of this app is to offer skills-based training to athletes at all levels and in any location. You can work with Olympic-level trainers and view your stats as you train watching your improvements as you go!

Is this app free?

No, the app starts at $9.99 for a basic training account. Please see the pricing page for more details.

How do I customize my profile?

Go to the profile section of your app and update your information, goals, and add a profile picture so your coach has a chance to get to know you better.

How do I connect with my new coach?

Your new coach will email you within 24 hours of being chosen in the app. Once you get your welcome email, respond back and introduce yourself and your exercise goals.
