How do I choose a coach?
When you sign up for the app there will be a section on your menu called My Coach. In this section you can choose, change, and rate your coach.
How do I get in touch with my coach?
Your coach will send you an email introduction within 24 hours of signing up. To contact your coach simply email them through the welcome email you received. To book your discussion and goal calls you can email your coach.
Is there an annual contract?
No, payment is done on a per-month basis. Your account will be charged for the month you are using the app. If you cancel during the month your account will be locked in the next month and you will be unable to add any activity. Once you cancel you have access to your workouts for the rest of the month before your account is locked.
What happens to my stats if I cancel or pause my subscription?
Your stats will not be deleted from your account. If you sign up again using the same email you can start where you left off and still see all of your training data. You have until the end of the month to see your workouts before your account is locked.
Can I pause my account?
Yes, we understand you can get busy during your season. You can pause your account for any amount of time and your data is not lost. Your account will simply be saved for when you need to use it again.
How do I pause my account?
To pause or cancel your account go to the Profile section of your account and press the cancel button. Once you cancel your account you have until the end of the month to view your account and workouts before your account is locked.
